LeBron to meet with Nets, but Bulls are also favorites

Free agency is just around the corner, and it seems like LeBron James already have some favorite teams on his radar. Rumors says that King James will be talking first to the Nets, as this is the team of his long-time friend Jay-Z, which is why he will let the rapper and major owner Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov to try to convince him to join their team for the upcoming national basketball association season.

Though he will New Jersey priority on the talks, rumors are that LeBron’s favorite team is the Bulls, but he has also shown a lot of interest in teams such as the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Clippers, the Miami Heat, and of course his home town team, the Cavaliers, for whom he have played all of his career at the league (seven seasons).

If he re-signs with the Cleveland, he will have the chance of earning as much as $30 million for the next season, and that is certainly something that is of great interest for James, but if he gets to sign with the Nets, he will certainly have a lot of incentives, as Prokhorov has enough cash to get him interested too.

The Nets can become into one of the top teams in the league in the coming years, as they are ready to move into a brand new arena which will be located in Brooklyn, and with the money they posses now, it is certain that they will try to get the services of some top consecrated players and some new prospects in order to get the attention of all NBA fans in general.

If they get to sign LeBron James, this could be a great step in their rebuilding process, as the Ohio-born player is currently considered as the top player in the league, and his presence on the team is sure to get a lot of people to start following the Nets more closely.

But if James does not sign with the Nets or the Cavaliers, his destiny might end up being the Bulls, and what can it be more interesting than to see LeBron getting in Michael Jordan’s shoes and fight along with Derrick Rose for another championship title for a city that has been waiting for another banner in the roof of the United Center for years.
